Three things decide whether a programme succeeds: what the power bank can supply, what the three levels actually mean, and whether the listing promises anything the cushion cannot do. This page covers all three, and it is deliberately specific about the second.
The cushion runs from a 5V power bank rated 2A or above, through the original charging cable. That single sentence carries more commercial weight than any other specification on the sheet, because it determines three things at once.
It sets the ceiling. A 5V/2A supply is a modest budget, and every claim about how fast the cushion warms has to live inside it. It also explains why the cushion is a seat warmer rather than a space heater — it is designed to put warmth into a small area you are already sitting on, not to raise the temperature of a room.
And it tells you what is not in the box. The power bank is not included. The reference material shows a person sliding their own power bank into the side pocket, and the safety note is explicit about using a unit rated 5V/2A or above with the original cable. For a retailer, this is the first thing to put on the listing — not in the small print.
The heating element is described in the reference material as a Graphene Heating Film arranged in a honeycomb matrix. The hexagon pattern is not decoration: it is how a flat film is divided into small, evenly distributed cells so that the whole seat surface warms rather than a hot spot in the middle.
Above it sits a breathable, wear-resistant linen weave; below it a thermal reflective base film that sends heat back up instead of letting it leak into the chair; and at the bottom a silicone dotted rubber base that grips the seat.
Between the film and the base there is also a flame-retardant insulation layer. We describe it as the reference material names it. We do not attach a certification to it — see the note on figures below.
The LED push button on the side cycles three levels, each with its own indicator colour. The reference material gives each level a plain-English purpose, and those descriptions are more useful to a buyer than a number would be:

Intelligent constant temperature. A built-in sensor holds the surface at a steady level rather than letting it climb. Auto overheat protection. If the temperature rises too far, heating stops automatically.
The reference material also quotes a Rapid 3s Fast Heat figure. We pass it on with two conditions attached: it is the figure quoted for the cushion at a 5V/2A supply, and it should be confirmed on your approved sample rather than printed as an unconditional promise.
Worth reading as a specification, because each layer answers a different objection.

The side pocket hangs off the edge of the cushion and holds the power bank, with the cable running a short distance to the button. It is a small design decision that solves a real annoyance: a power bank loose on a chair gets sat on, dropped, or left behind.
The pocket is fabric, not a compartment inside the cushion. That is worth stating plainly — it means the power bank is visible and reachable, and it means swapping to a larger power bank is a thirty-second job rather than a rebuild.
How long the cushion runs is a function of the power bank you supply, not of the cushion. We do not publish a runtime, because we would be publishing a figure for a battery we did not ship.
The reference material labels this SEAT-ONLY HEATING, and the label is worth keeping.
The backrest does not heat. For a seat cushion that is the right choice: the area that gets cold against a hard chair is the seat, the back is usually against a backrest that already insulates, and putting a heating film in a back panel adds cost, weight and a second failure point for very little gain.
If a buyer needs a heated back as well, that is a different product and should be quoted as one.
